It's pretty similar to the recent request to partially lift the stay in the Bardfield case, which was approved. Hence odds are it'll probably be approved as well, which will reactivate the DeForest case as to the non-bankrupt parties (which in this lawsuit would be Johnny Chisholm individually, Bobby Warner individually, and Johnny Chisholm Global Events, LLC).
