



As you can see, it's an extremely well-reasoned Objection, followed by a polite request to partially lift the stay. There has been no corresponding Objection filed in the DeForest case, but I wouldn't be surprised to see one filed there soon.
If this Objection is approved, the Bardfield case will be "de-iced" and re-activated as to the non-bankrupt defendant, Johnny Chisholm personally. Then it'll be up to the court to finally rule on a whole range of pending motions, including whether to hit Johnny Chisholm personally with a default judgment for $692,640.
