Electrical Services

Masterson Electrical Contracting, LLC, filed it's $2,800.00 Proof of Claim with the bankruptcy court last week:

As you can see, the bill was for electrical materials ($1500) and labor ($1300) provided to the "Arabian Knights" after parties on the early mornings of June 6, 7 and 8. It looks like Masterson was issued a check for $2800 from the OMW Wachovia account on June 4...which is a bit shocking when you think about it, as the TRO freezing that account was approved on June 3 (thus the "stop payment"). Hence, it would appear Johnny Chisholm intentionally wrote a check he knew Masterson would never be able to cash:

Nothing else to report court-wise today. Once again, I want to thank everyone for all the emails of support and encouragement. And questions as well...it seems I'm picking up readers who weren't there for all the drama as it unfolded in May and June of this year, who find some of this a bit confusing (understandably). To help you newcomers to this fascinating story out, I'm working on an "Ultimate Timeline" which should hopefully explain to the uninitiated exactly how we got here, with key events laid out in chronological order...all referenced to documented sources, just as every post in this blog has been. Look for it here in coming days.

  1. Didn't some magazine owner in another thread here "claim" to be owed $4500 from Chisholm? And that this "claim" was to be filed soon? Well has such a "claim" actually been filed?

  2. Well THAT is an interesting question, and the equally interesting answer is NO, as far as the current court records indicate, no such $4,500.00 claim, or "claim" as you perhaps better put it, has been filed.

Which is odd when you think about it, as this "claim" about a claim was made here weeks ago, the Proof of Claim form was here for all to right-click-save (http://forestmoonendor.blogspot.com/2009/10/proof-of-claim.html) and the form itself, as we have seen, is a very simple one to fill out, one page long with perhaps a couple of pages of supporting photocopies tacked on.

Oh well. Trust me, I have not been hiding it...it simply hasn't actually been filed, for whatever reason. And thats all I can tell you.
