A copy of the various initial notices sent out to creditors in the CPCE bankruptcy case, including the "Proof of Claim" form, was filed by the court today. These notices and forms contains some good basic information on what to do if you are a creditor in this bankruptcy case:
Jim: Any idea why Chisholm himself is listed on the "Certificate of Notice"? Wouldn't the Debtor (CPCE) get notice through its attorney of record? (Is it to make sure that the automatic stay applies to him?)
Yeah, I have no idea why. I notice some other Chisholm LLCs are on this page too (ie, Chisholm Properties of Pensacola), that were not on the creditor list.
